The new SimplySold franchise locations are projected to open within the next few months. The Georgia office will be located in Suwanee and the Tennessee office will be located in Knoxville
Scott T. Dasher is the CEO of the SimplySold Organization. Mr. Dasher is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Alabama and was previously a top performer as a real estate agent and broker. Mr. Dasher also has over eight years of high-impact real estate sales and real estate systems and real estate management experience. Mr. Dasher has received many awards for his real estate production, including Agent of the Year from 2000 through 2003, and the Realtor® Active Life Million Dollar Club. Dasher is well-experienced in interacting with individual and corporate clients, local and state officials and inspectors, attorneys, contractors, utilities, financial institutions and real estate brokers for the planning, development, financing and marketing of a wide range of investments.
Ken Gavranovic is the Chairman of the SimplySold organization. Mr. Gavranovic served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of Corporation of Interland (INLD) from 2001 to 2002. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Interland, a position he held from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Gavranovic is credited with starting Interland with just five employees, a company which soon grew to over 600 employees.
